The first PACK product rolled off the production line in the Chenzhou factory on the morning of September 29, marking an important step for the company in the field of new energy. In the afternoon of the same day, staff from the Comprehensive Service Center of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Chenzhou Area and the Chenzhou High-tech Zone visited the factory for inspections on the site.

 

During the visit, the staff learned that there were still some practical problems that need to be solved urgently during the trial production period of the company. 18 employees are needed in the company, which is the primary challenge. There are no shops near the factory, and it’s inconvenient for employees to purchase daily necessities such as snacks and drinks. Besides, the company needs 5 to 10 flats for talent to solve the housing problem for employees.

 

 

The comprehensive service center took prompt action to resolve relevant issues. The park organized a special job fair for the enterprise in Bailutang Town and provided 100,000 accurate recruitment SMS push services. Through these effective measures, 18 employees have been recruited.

 

Besides, the vending machines were installed near the company, which has improved the convenience of employees’ lives. 

 

Meanwhile, the park staff took relevant personnel from the enterprise to inspect apartments on the site, and the rent procedures are currently being handled.

 

This visit and problem-solving process reflects the efficiency and practicality of the “All-in-One-Go” work mechanism in the park, which has further improved the quality and efficiency of service to enterprises and enhanced their sense of gain and satisfaction.
